Objectives
MAGENDA’s overarching aim is to promote gender equality and inclusive education within HEIs in Bangladesh and Nepal. To achieve this, the project has defined the following key objectives:

Introduce and enforce Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in partner HEIs to promote institutional policies addressing gender disparity.

Build capacity among academic and administrative staff to implement and monitor GEPs effectively.

Educate and empower students through the creation of a digital gender equality knowledge hub and related awareness activities.

Foster collaboration with civil society and education policy stakeholders to ensure systemic and sustainable change beyond academia.
These objectives are aligned with the principles of inclusive education, democratic engagement, and institutional transformation.
